I have been asked for photos of the gentleman who took pictures with supplements in his belt line to prove he was really once overweight. He is in a Transformation Contest found at my message board where 16 people are following the same diet for 9 weeks and tracking their results. Well, here you go:
We are doing nothing more than working to take in more calories than we burn so the body has something to build on from training. Once it begins building, then body then drops the excess of what it doesn't need, 99% of the time meaning fat. This is always true if the food eaten and other habits are clean. Another contestant started at over 300 pounds and is well on her way to losing 50 by week 9 and another has dropped her cholesterol from 250 to 170. The most common feedback over the first 2 weeks was that the contestants were always full. That is one of the keys to consider with our program. Under eating doesn't work for fat loss (you will lose muscle, not fat) and since you can eat a lot with us and look great, what would be holding you back right now?
The program they are on is similar to the one found in Book 2 - "The Ultimate Development" which is now on sale. I have a few boxes that we found in the garage and they are yours for just $12 a copy. We accept Checks & Money Orders in U.S. Funds ONLY and please add $4 USA or $8 FOREIGN per individual item ordered... This is FOR MAIL ORDER ONLY:

All summer long, something has been on fire in the mountains surrounding St. George, Utah (where we live). Asia takes it personally. Seems she has lived near or been followed by about three big fires over the past 10 years. They have been as close as her backyard, across the street and within a stone's throw. We just watched these current fires come up over the hillside about 10 miles away and in our direction. She has a couple of friends assuring her the fires are headed the other way but I suppose they can't see the red and orange crackling from Minnesota and L.A. The glow is definitely headed this direction. Oh well, I am sure as usual, the mighty fire department will get it handled, but I am just as sure another one will pop up in a week or so. I realize this is the desert but since that giant tidal wave last year, and the coinciding underwater earthquake that supposedly altered the globe's rotation, weather is simply bizarre. Wetter in winter, drier in summer... To be honest, I think I will just have a shot of whiskey and then try to settle the wife's nerves as she stares out the window wondering why we moved here from Hawaii. She is posting photos at our message board if you are interested: CLICK HERE

Bad habits are hard to break, that is the number one reason "diets" fail. The number two reason is that most "diet"s are designed to reduce your calorie intake, therfore you starve. Reason three, any "diet" will call for a schedule change and people love to whine and complain when it is time for change. As far as I see it, there is really only the best way to do things, not "better" and you should at least try making all of the changes required. That means, if you eat, eat right. If you have time to eat, eat. After that, working towards doing everything else will be your goal (like exercise protocol). No one can use any excuse whatsoever to escape the fact that whether it is 200 or 600 calories a meal, 1200 or 4000 calories a day, or eating 1 or 10 feedings every 24 hours... They are the ones to decide whether to put the right foods in their mouths to begin with or not. Funny how that works! Anyhow, the point is, you can never say I failed you, only YOU can fail YOU. I provide the map, you follow it, you reach your destination, we shake hands afterwards. Where? In Vegas, November 12, 2005 if you like. We are having a little Don Lemmon CLient Appreciation Party. Has anyone here seen "Super Size Me" maybe on DVD or at theaters? I just did and I loved it. Oddly enough the star, Morgan Spurlock, covers a lot of what I have been saying here on the site for ages but since it was in film, people listen, go figure...
Still, I think this is a movie everyone should watch. Granted, he forces himself to eat like a dumbo for a month but he proves through medical testing that eating to get or become and remain fat is as bad as being a drunk.
The doctors were stunned at the disease factors because for years the media has said food is food... Medical schools have taught, food is food... But it isn't and he even gets the PR team for dozens of junk food companies to admit that they are paying the government to shut up about it.
That is correct, lobbyists are out there paying the government not to warn you about the true health hazards of eating fast food. Sure, we know it isn't the best for our human bodies but Morgan also had experts expose the fact that there are addictive substances in fast foods making matters worse.
Not just things that cause sugar rushes and caffeine which makes you high, but other components only found in processed cheese, hydrogenated lards, etc, and like I said, you heard it from me before...
Maybe if you watch this film you will listen to what else I have to say for a change because other experts back up the facts right before your very eyes.
However, I must admit, I couldn't help but to laugh at the Harvard nutrition consultant. He was at least 40 pounds overweight himself. Either way.... Fun film... Check it out...
Afterwards, come visit my message board at Lies & Propaganda (dot com) so you can see the 30 day results of our own study like these two members have experienced....

"Don, for today's workout, I set
the EZ bar up with 2 plates/side for bent rows. I did the machine chest press,
then immediately bent rows, then stripped one plate per side and did military
presses. Caught my breath, did same weight for skull crushers and stiff leg deadlifts.
I went right to the power blocks for DB curls (did this instead of barbell curls
to save time from having to strip weight off of the bar). Then after catching
my breath I did pull downs, flyes and squats in succession. I bet the whole workout
took 15 min, maybe 20 (I was sweating like a pig). This taught me to set up my
succession of exercises first because I get through it faster and get a more intense
workout. I learned this from watching the CD of QVC video Workouts you filmed
featuring those famous clients. Thanks!" ~ John, Rochester Hills, MI
A Limited Edition Don Lemmon's
KNOW HOW Book One is now available on Audio CD... It was read by a voice who
has worked with both FOX Sports and Disney... It costs the same as the actual
book but contains things the book does not and is much easier to understand for
some people... So hurry and get a set before we run out.... We also have made
100 more of the QVC Videos, keeping all six hours worth on one CD, so that's still
available... However, do not forget, our log book and software are in their final
run... They will no longer be available once we run out... And... No, I haven't
forgotten... I am soon releasing my Calisthenics, Isometrics, and Bodylastics
workout routine that has 100% replaced going to the gym. I do not have a home
gym other than the Bodylastics, I am not a member of a gym here on the island
and I am more than happy with what this routine has done for me... All you need
to make it work is a Bodylastics kit... Blake, the owner of Bodylastics, has extended
his $39.95 offer to make that affordable... Again, without the kit, it is going
to be tough for you to grasp what this workout offers... Anyone who is dead set
on barbell systems... You might not be for long! So get a Bodylastics kit here
today or from Blake at www.Bodylastics.com
and let him know it is for this new program so he only charges $39.95!
Hey,
does anyone here own Sea Monkeys? I know it sounds silly but if you do, I have
a funny story to share. Asia and I were talking about how much of a scam it is
to say these little creatures wear crowns and mingle in families, etc. but we
wondered how it all got started. So out of fascination, she ordered a set. While
we had fun hatching them and researching the little buggers, (surprise) we discovered
they are nothing more than brine shrimp from the great Salt Lake of Utah. Let
down, we went to the store and bought actual brine shrimp eggs to compare. We
also bought a tank, a gallon sized tank, poured some eggs in then waited a few
days. 72 hours later we were infested! My God! We only put in a couple scoops
as directed but several hundred if not several thousand of these guys sprouted
up! I had to buy a 5 gallon tank to contain them all! It's not fun anymore! Well,
it is sort of fun, we have had quite a laugh over it all... Either way, check
it out, the originator, Harold von Braunhut, was a Jewish member of the KKK! No
kidding! So the moral of the story is, if you ever get curious, do not buy Sea
Monkeys and support a racial group! Buy plain old brine shrimp eggs, some aquarium
salt, and you will not only save money, but have more monkeys than you can handle
in no time at all! Lord, why did I just type this particular piece for my bulletin?

A good friend of mine told me about some college
course he is taking online the other day. Now, I know many of you have heard of
getting degrees online before, I never thought much of it until he told me a few
things I did not realize about these programs. For one, he is actually in a classroom
once in a while. There is a streaming audio class taking place with real time
chat happening he says. Students all tune in at a designated time to listen to
their professor and then personally ask questions via a microphone and chat line.
It is much like a conference call. Well, this gave me some ideas of my own. How
would you like to start having regular Don Lemmon classes online? We could not
only cover things I haven't room for in the books but delve into things that are
of interest to you as members that not everyone else will have the privilege to
ask... I was thinking we could set this up as a discussion, a lesson and a Q&A
to discuss not only the subject matter at hand but anything else that has popped
up that week... What would something like this be worth to you? I know what other
programs are charging. I am curious what would make this not only worth your time
but worth paying for (in your opinion? Would $5.00 a class work? Should we prepare
for 1 or 2 hour classes? Would you like them once or twice a week? Twice a month?
Should we do it leading towards a certification? You tell me folks... EMAIL

Look
at these two very similar sausages.... The one on the left is good enough to eat,
the one on the right is not... Why is that? Because the one added sugar... "Just
a little" they claim, but it a little is enough to cause a complication in
digestion while processing the meat inside of you... CLICK

I
have a few things I forgot to post last time that I want to make known to you
now... Asia is pregnant (more as we gain time into the pregnancy, she doesn't
want to jinx it)!!!! Next, I am possibly going to be working with a local fitness
center on teaching some classes to the locals about nutrition and exercise. The
owner is sponsoring a race just one day before Halloween. If you would like to
meet me or join in stay tuned! Next... My buddy Kiko Ellsworth, the guy who kicked
some serious butt in the Will Smith film BAD BOYS 2 as the blonde haired, dread
locked, arms dealer, has something going on with a California charity he feels
strongly about. He is throwing a gathering and.... You Are Invited By Kiko Himself!
On
July 26th at 6 PM you are invited to celebrate with us a very fun and exciting
fundraising party for Casa Teresa. They were founded in 1976 and are located in
Orange, California. Casa Teresa provides a temporary home for single, pregnant,
homeless women ages 18 and older. This night will be a gala event held at the
Port of Athens located at 12430 Riverside Dr. just east of Whitsett Ave in Valley
Village. This night is dedicated to these women and their babies and we are committed
to raising $20,000 that night. You will be able to participate in the raffle,
dance your butt off, donate to this cause, bid on a celebrity date, eat, drink
and party with some of your favorite celebrities!
More than
80 pregnant women seeking shelter arrive at Casa Teresa each year. They are alone
and frightened, have no health care, source of income, emotional support or place
to live. Each has decided to give birth to her baby and faces many challenges,
including whether to parent her baby or to place her baby for adoption. Casa Teresa
provides a home and safety during this vulnerable time. While at Casa, programs
of counseling, job training and financial and emotional guidance help these women
improve their chances for future success. Onsite Perinatal Health Care ensures
a healthier mother and baby.
Since Its Founding, More Than
25 Years Ago, Over 2000 Woman And Their Babies Have Begun New Lives In The Casa
Teresa Program. Casa Teresa is privately funded and currently receives no government
support. I am requesting your support by asking that you attend our fundraising
event. Your presence and contribution will be greatly appreciated. For admission
we are requesting a minimum of $20 per person at the door. All proceeds go to
Casa Teresa. Thank you for taking action in supporting the mothers and babies
of Casa Teresa get back on their feet! Sincerely, Kiko Ellsworth in the name of

On the anniversary of our great Nation
my wife and I went to eat at the resort. Shocked to see us two days in a row...
Having gone there to celebrate our secret pregnany, we had a wonderful dinner
that was perfect for both our diets... I was going to say something sweet about
my wife again this week because I feel I couldn't be mushy enough but I know it
bores some of you... To be brief, I will add that I love my pregnant wife and
she is the best salmon cook this side of the Pecos! Ha! We had that the same day!
This
should come as no surprise but I saw SPIDERMAN 2... I will save you time by not
writing the review since I went off on the previous film I went to last month...
It was pretty good. Not as well done as the first and yet superior in many ways.
It really is time to find an actor with delivery to play Harry... This week brought
good news, my dear wife, Asia Carrera, was named one of MENSA's Most Famous Members
in their July 2004 edition... She was named along with Geena Davis, the father
of portable cellular technology, Isaac Asimov, several authors and out of the
26 named at the top, she was #5 and not a mention of Sharon Stone or a number
of other people claiming status! CONGRATS HONEY!
Oh, and after
6 years since I threw in the towel... My 1996-1997 QVC Project is being released
for a limited time only. I have pressed exactly 100 copies and if it shows interest,
I will make more. If not, this is your final chance to see the footage that I
have been hesitating to share for 7 years. This set of over 20 videos features
almost 2 dozen workouts of myself training 2 dozen different former clients and
associates of mine. The biggest names in the fitness industry were used on this
project, the cast list amazes me still. And I am offering the complete set of
SIX HOURS, over 100 different exercise demonstrations, dozens of stretches...
All on ONE CD... Some of you have seen bits of it, however... There is something
new included for you now... CLICK HERE
And
here are some tid bits from years gone by...
July
1990: I packed my car with a guitar and stack of medical journals and
headed for Hollywood. Why that combination of priorities? To go to school and
play in a rock band, of course! I had plans to visit family who either worked
in or around the entertainment industry since I was in 3rd grade if you can believe
that. By age 21 it was time to escape small town life... I have nothing against
small towns, I love where I come from, I simply couldn't do a lot of what I do
now remaining in mine... CLICK HERE

1999: Some of you may remember a supplement company I once worked with.
